Refund & Cancellation Policy

At HSRP India, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. This policy outlines our procedures for order cancellation, returns, and refunds.

Important Note

Since HSRP plates are customized products manufactured specifically for your vehicle's registration number, our cancellation and refund options are limited once production has begun.

1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Cancellation Before Processing

You can cancel your order with a full refund if:

  • The order has not yet been confirmed/processed
  • Cancellation request is made within 2 hours of placing the order
  • The HSRP plate manufacturing has not started

1.2 Cancellation After Processing

Once the order is processed and manufacturing has begun:

  • Cancellation is not possible as plates are custom-manufactured
  • HSRP plates cannot be reused for other vehicles
  • No refund will be provided for orders in manufacturing or shipped status

1.3 How to Cancel

To request cancellation:

  1. Log in to your account and go to "My Orders"
  2. Select the order you wish to cancel
  3. Click on "Cancel Order" button (if available)
  4. Or contact our support team at support@hsrpindia.com

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligible for Full Refund

  • Order cancelled before processing begins
  • Payment failed but amount debited (bank-side issue)
  • Order rejected due to RTO verification failure
  • Duplicate payment made for the same order

2.2 Eligible for Partial Refund

  • Order cancelled after confirmation but before manufacturing (70% refund)
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable if the shipment has been dispatched

2.3 Not Eligible for Refund

  • Orders where manufacturing has started or completed
  • Orders that have been shipped or delivered
  • Customer provided incorrect vehicle details
  • Customer refused to accept delivery
  • Returned items that are damaged, tampered, or opened

2.4 Refund Timeline

* Refund processing starts after the refund request is approved. Actual credit to your account may take additional time based on your bank.

3. Returns and Replacements

3.1 Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective HSRP plate:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
  • Take clear photos of the damage and the packaging
  • Contact our support team with your order number and photos
  • We will arrange for a free replacement at no additional cost

3.2 Incorrect Information on Plate

If the HSRP plate has incorrect information:

  • Our Error: Free replacement will be provided
  • Customer Error: New plate must be ordered at regular price

Please verify all details carefully before confirming your order.

3.3 Return Process

For eligible returns:

  1. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide order details and photos of the issue
  3. We will arrange for pickup or provide shipping instructions
  4. Keep the original packaging for return shipping
  5. Replacement will be dispatched after receiving and inspecting the returned item

4. Non-Delivery

In case of non-delivery:

  • Contact us if you haven't received your order within the estimated delivery time
  • We will investigate with our logistics partner
  • If the shipment is lost, we will provide a full refund or free replacement
  • False non-delivery claims may result in account suspension and legal action

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders can be cancelled before dispatch without any charges
  • Refusing to accept a COD order may result in account restrictions
  • Repeated COD refusals may lead to permanent account suspension

6. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request:

  1. Email us at refunds@hsrpindia.com
  2. Include your order number, registered email/phone, and reason for refund
  3. Attach relevant documents or photos if applicable
  4. Our team will review and respond within 2-3 business days
